- I am the Analytics and Psychometrics Manager for Questionmark and have been working as a psychometrician and software product manager since 1997, focusing on educational and psychological measurement. Since joining Questionmark I’ve designed several applications and reports that give our customers psychometric information they can use to improve their tests and exams. In my previous job, I designed and implemented cheater detection software and computer adaptive testing (CAT) software. Before that, I was a psychometrician for the high stakes K-12 educational examination program in Alberta, Canada, where I live.
