Last week in London, we held the first of our three UK breakfast briefings taking place this summer.
In case you haven’t attended a breakfast briefing before, these events involve a morning of networking, best practice tips and live demonstrations of the newest assessment technologies.
Last week at our London briefing we received some great feedback about some of our latest features, including new capabilities within Questionmark Live and customised reporting using the Results API.
Our next two briefings will take place on Tuesday 17th June in London and Wednesday 18th June in Edinburgh. They will focus on some of the latest assessment security technologies that make it possible to administer high-stakes tests anywhere in the world.
ProctorU President Don Kassner, will begin by explaining the basics of online invigilation and discuss proven strategies for alleviating the testing centre burden. Then Che Osborne, Questionmark’s VP of sales, will discuss methods you can use to protect your valuable assessment content and test results.
Each briefing will include a complimentary breakfast at 8.45 a.m. followed by presentations and discussions until about 12:30 p.m.
We hope you will be able to attend one of the sessions.

We are pleased to announce that we will be holding Breakfast Briefings and User Group Meetings in Europe, beginning this month.
The briefings will begin with a networking breakfast, followed by overviews and demonstrations of online assessment technologies and the basics of creating, delivering, and analyzing surveys, quizzes, tests and exams.
If you’re new to online assessment or thinking of implementing it into your organisation, this is a great opportunity to see our technologies in action and speak with Questionmark staff about potential applications.
If you’re already a Questionmark customer, you will be pleased to know our afternoon user group meeting is tailored just for you. Questionmark users will get together over lunch to discuss the latest features in our newest releases, discuss technical issues, best practices and other topics with Questionmark managers.
We hope you will be our guest for at least one of these events; however, if you would like to attend both events on the same day, please register for them individually.
We currently have two briefings scheduled: one in Paris, France, on June 26th and another in London, England, on September 5th. Watch for further news about European events in the coming weeks.

Noticing the start of “Back to School” sales (say it isn’t so!), it’s good to think of something to look forward to this fall: our annual series of Breakfast Briefings and User Group Meetings in the United States.
In addition to showing newcomers the basics of creating, delivering, and reporting on surveys, quizzes, tests and exams, we’ll be demonstrating how easy it is to deliver assessments to mobile devices such as the Apple iPhone and iPad. Our guests will also see the latest capabilities of browser-based authoring in Questionmark Live and learn about embedding surveys and quizzes within blogs, wikis and portals to provide instant recall practice during learning. We’ll also focus on some best practices in analyzing and reporting on assessment results. We hope you will join us for breakfast and enjoy a morning of learning and networking with other assessment professionals from your area.
Current Questionmark users will get together after each briefing for lunch and an afternoon of in-depth discussions. This is a great opportunity to learn about coming product features and talk in depth with members of the Questionmark team about technical issues, best practices and any other topics you would like to address.
Here’s the schedule. We hope you will visit our Web site to find out more and register.
