Mobile Delivery: Using Questionmark’s App for Apple® iPhone® and iPad™

Questionmark’s auto-sensing delivery makes it easy to author an assessment once, and then deliver to many different types of devices. The same Questionmark assessment you deliver to desktop or laptop can also be delivered via standard browsers on many different smartphones and tablets – but today I want to highlight the Questionmark Apps for Apple® iPhone® and iPad™. Plainly put, the Questionmark App equals added convenience. With simple configuration and options for customization it offers organizations an easy way to deliver quizzes and surveys to learners on the move, giving participants one-touch access to assessments that have been assigned to them.

To get the Questionmark App:

  1. Visit the App store and search for “Questionmark”
  2. Choose either Questionmark’s iPad App or iPhone/iPod touch App
  3. Install the App on your device

Once installed:

  1. Try a Demo and see examples of different assessments for you to try
  2. Configure the app to point it directly to your Perception Server. You only have to configure the application once; it will remember the settings.

To easily configure the App, customers can enter the URL of their Questionmark Perception server or enter a customer number provided by our Customer Care Team.

New Questionmark App for Android™ phones available from Android Market

As Android phones and other mobile devices become the constant companions of learners the world over, mobile delivery offers an affordable way to administer quick knowledge checks, surveys and other assessments to people on the move or at work.

So we are pleased to announce that a new Questionmark App that enables streamlined assessment delivery to Android phones is now available for free download from the Android Market.

The app is completely configurable, so your participants can access assessments scheduled for them in your Questionmark Perception v5 repository. The app — currently available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese and Korean — is designed to detect the language setting of each learner’s device.

If you don’t have Questionmark Perception v5 yet, you can still try this new app: Simply install it and choose the “demo” option, and the app will let you try out several assessments available from Questionmark’s demonstration site.

Are you one of the millions of people with a new iPad?  Or one of the thousands of people waiting in line outside an Apple store today – about to get your hands on a shiny new iPhone 4?  If you’re not, chances are that many of the participants who take your assessments are.

So we are delighted to announce that version 2 of the Questionmark App – which enables streamlined assessment delivery via the Apple® iPad™, iPhone® and iPod touch® — is now officially available for download from the iTunes store.  In addition to adding support for the Apple iPad, the new version is completely configurable, — so your participants can access assessments scheduled for them in your Questionmark Perception v5 repository.
