Have you visited “My Profile” in Questionmark Communities lately? If not, we encourage you to go there soon and update your details. You will find an easy-to-use, consolidated  Profile Page designed to help  you organize information about yourself, your Questionmark license and community subscriptions  more easily. There’s also a place for you to record information about how you and your organization are using Questionmark technologies.     I tried to get into communities by asking that a new password be emailed to me since I had forgotten my password. My email address is correct in communities.

    Is this the correct place to ask this question?

    Hi Ralph,
    You should be able to request a new password, but if there are any problems contact customercare@questionmark.com.
    Also, you might want to check your spam email folder and put communities in your “safe sender” list.
